Data completeness tracking
A checklist marks each item satisfied, missing, or present-but-not-required for this property type -- so you always know what's actually still needed.
Evidence ledger & ingestion
EDR reports and source PDFs are ordered externally and uploaded, then parsed into a ledger: source, assertion, date, reliability, and where it's used downstream.
REC Decision Engine
Every finding gets a structured, documented path to its classification -- migration analysis with a stated basis, mandatory re-evaluation of past HRECs, and a confidence rating with its driver stated.

Roughly 10-15% of content -- every classification call, every visual-evidence item, every low-confidence finding -- routes to a reviewer card: the claim, the source, and the reasoning behind it. Approved once, changed only on the record.
Editor & version control
Every edit opens a confirmation, then a diff, before anything commits as a new version -- reviewed before it's confirmed, not after. Rollback reaches any prior version.
Appendices & finalization
Maps, photos, historical documents, and the EP declaration assemble only after every review item is approved and signed -- not edited alongside a live draft.
