Privacy Policy

This is a working draft, not a finalized policy. It has not been reviewed by counsel and does not yet name the operating legal entity or list every real subprocessor. Do not treat it as binding until that review is complete.

What we collect

On this site: the name, work email, firm, role, and message you submit through the demo request or a lead-magnet download, plus standard technical data (referring page, UTM parameters) tied to that submission. Inside the product: your account information, your firm's team and role assignments, and the project and report content your firm uploads or creates.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, provide and improve the product, and maintain the security and audit records described on our Security page.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. Project and report content is not used to train any model. EDR/ERIS licensed data is held per-project and never pooled across projects.

Third parties

We use third-party providers to operate the site and product -- for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, and the AI model provider used for analysis -- each under a confidentiality obligation. A complete, named subprocessor list will be published here once finalized.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through the demo request form.

Changes

We'll update this page as the policy is finalized and note the date at the top.
